Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of 4.99 per order for shipping costs.

International deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5

days, and for international deliveries within 10-21 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time

of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other

arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest

delivery time that you have ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no

shipping costs will be charged.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

using your preferred shipping method and within 14 days of receipt. All direct return costs are currently borne by the buyer.

 

Simply enclose a small note with:

- Name / Order number

- if applicable, the reason for the return.

 

Returns will be processed within 3-5 days and your amount will be refunded.
