Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor

attributable to their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which

- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more

goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several

goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided

that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, provided that goods for regular

delivery over a specified period are delivered within the framework of an order.

address: mail@secondvintage.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from

this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (secondvintage.de). If

you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal

before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the

exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery

offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to

withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,

unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,

whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you

communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has

expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post and the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by

parcel post, amounting to EUR.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking

the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is

decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can only be

delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over

which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed

after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
